"Indecision" 1979 Pearson 28 sailboat. Hull #267. 

1979 Pearson 28 sailboat in excellent, sailaway condition. This boat has been meticulously maintained and continually upgraded over the years. Probably the only boat of its vintage with original gelcoat this clean & shiny. All systems totally replaced/upgraded including electrical and plumbing. Some upgrades include: the Atomic 4 engine has fresh water cooling; a hot and cold pressurized shower system has been installed. Extra water tanks have been installed. Custom interior cabinetry in main cabin, galley and vberth, custom teak bridgedeck, ladder and dropboards. An anchor washdown pump has been installed. New exhaust system was installed this year. New Raymarine depth and speed instruments have been installed. Includes VHF and handheld Garmin GPS 72 which is interfaced to the autopilot. Fully battened mainsail in good condition, nearly new storm and heavy weather jibs, very recent 135% genoa plus 105% jib with positive roach and 3 top battens, in good condition. Garhauer rigid vang, all lines led back to the cockpit for easy singlehanding.  Cape Cod Bullseye sailboat with trailer plus motor & mooring setup

1962 Cape Cod Bullseye sailboat, hull #20. Trailer is powder coated with extension tongue in good condition. Evinrude 2 HP outboard in good running condition.  Custom wood cuddy cabin enclosure. Two sets of sails, including spinnaker in very good condition. The boat also has a lifting rig. Complete mooring setup: mushroom anchor and chain, mooring ball.
